XEPTUM Launches the Innovation Circle
With all the changes and requirements resulting from Industry 4.0 and digitalization, it is important to keep up to speed with innovations from a functional and strategic perspective.
The objective of the Innovation Circle is to develop and maintain a knowledge lead in the most important future technologies of today, such as cloud, AI, and IoT, as well as the underlying strategic concepts. To help our customers with their digital transformation, we develop specific standards and best practices. In addition to the transformation of our customers, a major focus of the project is the transformation of XEPTUM within an increasingly digital world.
In this era of ever-increasing agility, not only do we want to support our customers on this journey, we also intend to follow it for ourselves. After all, only continuous improvements and innovations can create added value for the long term.

The six-member Innovation Team, led by Dr. Kevin Jägering and Jessica Nagel, focuses on the following areas:

“Our world and IT infrastructures are becoming increasingly complex, beset by volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity (VUCA). The challenges resulting from this, both for our customers and also for XEPTUM, cannot be addressed simply as an afterthought. That’s why we formed this interdisciplinary circle, with the aim of not only developing innovative and creative approaches and ideas, but also of implementing them directly”, says member of the XEPTUM Group management board Hans Tscherwitschke.
