Who Receives the TOP CONSULTANT Award?
The decisive factor for the TOP CONSULTANT quality seal is customer-oriented consulting services tailored to medium-sized businesses. The field of participants – in the competition organized by compamedia since 2010 – consists mainly of management, IT and personnel consultants. These companies submit to an examination by the scientific management of the competition: Prof. Dr. Dietmar Fink, Professor of Management Consulting at the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, and Bianka Knoblach. Both head the Scientific Society for Management and Consulting (WGMB) in Bonn. The mentor of TOP CONSULTANT is the former German President Christian Wulff.
How is the Award Determined?
The scientific management of the competition alone decides which companies are awarded the TOP CONSULTANT seal. Prof. Dr. Dietmar Fink and Bianka Knoblach survey clients of the participating consulting companies. The results of this customer survey are then evaluated together with other company data. The TOP CONSULTANT seal is only awarded to consulting firms that achieve a very good result in this process.
