Peter Eisele
Peter Eisele has been the Spokesperson of the Executive Board of XEPTUM Consulting AG since 2009. His appointment occurred as part of the company’s expansion and the associated enlargement of the executive board’s divisions. Peter Eisele laid the foundation for this in 2006 when he successfully adapted the company strategy to future market requirements and was appointed to the Executive Board with overall responsibility. He is a founding member of XEPTUM in 1999 and has been a member of the Executive Board since 2000.
Previously, the business informatics specialist held leading positions for many years at renowned IT providers. His professional career includes roles as Product Manager at Steeb GmbH, Consultant for Sales Logistics at SAP AG, and Team Leader for Sales Logistics at OSS Consulting GmbH, where he was also responsible for all internal training and further education.
Among other roles, Peter Eisele serves as a board member of the Heilbronn section of the Economic Council of the CDU e. V. and is actively involved in the German-speaking SAP User Group e. V. (DSAG).
Hans Tscherwitschke
Hans Tscherwitschke has been a member of the Executive Board of XEPTUM Consulting AG since 2009 and is responsible for Consulting and Business Development. He joined the company in 2005 as Head of Business Process Management and, in this role, was responsible for the development of the two business areas Mobile Business and SAP Solution Manager.
The graduate in business administration (with a technical focus) began his career as Assistant to the Sales Management and Head of Internal Sales at Harr GmbH & Co. OHG. Subsequently, he worked at Novasoft AG as an SAP consultant in the logistics sector on numerous worldwide rollout and implementation projects. He gained further valuable experience at Sika Informationssysteme AG, where he was responsible as Application Manager for a Europe-wide consulting team in the logistics sector and worked as Key Account Manager for a national subsidiary.
For many years, Hans Tscherwitschke was the spokesperson for the “Project Methodology” working group of the German-speaking SAP User Group e. V. (DSAG) and is co-spokesperson for the State Expert Commission for Digital Economy for the Baden-Württemberg state association within the Economic Council of the CDU e. V.
Bernd Schütz
Bernd Schütz joined XEPTUM on January 1, 2024, as a Strategy Consultant, Project Manager, and Key Account Manager, and, in March 2024, additionally took on the role of Director of our Consulting Unit, together with Christoph Lichtenfeld, as part of organizational optimization. In this role, he is responsible for our entire Consulting Unit. Bernd Schütz remains active as a management and strategy consultant, as well as a project manager in various consulting projects.
With over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, especially within the SAP ecosystem, he began as one of the first R/3 consultants at SAP itself, where he already delivered value-adding solutions for clients together with our Executive Board Spokesperson Peter Eisele, and even then, during his time at SAP, acted in the role of a Management Consultant. After 23 years as the responsible Head of IT and sole IT Managing Director on the SAP user side, XEPTUM was able to bring him back into consulting. With his impressive track record in leading and shaping IT organizations, including international SAP environments, he brings a comprehensive understanding of complex IT challenges and solutions. Bernd Schütz contributes his passion for innovative IT solutions and a holistic approach to business transformations and change management, with the constant goal of helping businesses, by utilizing current frameworks and IT capabilities, to optimize end-to-end processes, work more efficiently, and thus achieve sustainable success.
Christoph Lichtenfeld
Christoph Lichtenfeld joined XEPTUM on January 1, 2022, as Service Manager in the Application Management division. He successfully built up the newly created AMS division and established both the support organization and internal processes. As part of an organizational optimization, he took on the role of Director of the Consulting Unit together with Bernd Schütz. In this role, he is responsible for the entire Consulting Unit. In addition to this role, Christoph Lichtenfeld is also active as a project manager and management consultant.
Christoph Lichtenfeld is a qualified IT specialist in application development and has been active since 2017 in various professional roles as an internal Application Manager and external SAP consultant for Sales & Marketing. He successfully applies his knowledge from both the client and consulting sides in supporting our clients, both within the scope of support/AMS services and in projects.
