April 2008 - Existing partnership with NEO Business Partners GmbH expanded
NEO has been successful in specializing in supporting larger mid-sized companies and groups using SAP R/3 and/or SAP ERP as their core business system in the area of CRM (processes for sales, service, and marketing). The solution focus of NEO is the CRM subsegments of sales and service portals, mobile sales and service, and analytical CRM.
The value creation ranges from technical and financial consulting, through implementation (customizing/development), to operational support and knowledge transfer for internal IT (or departments).
XEPTUM Consulting AG advises companies with process-oriented business management designs and technologically advanced implementations with a focus on SAP ERP, all under one roof. The Business Process Management division also handles topics involving business processes in the SAP ERP environment. XEPTUM's system- and application-spanning viewpoint also includes mobile processes, today already a standard in the field of maintenance and service.
So, partnership with NEO was a logical consequence. Initial activities were undertaken together in 2007, and the participation of XEPTUM Consulting AG in this year's Mobile Business Conference on September 2008, 12 and 13 in Frankfurt will extend and strengthen this partnership.
